Andrew Pardy is a former college athlete, sports psychology expert, and mental game architect. COMMON QUESTIONS

Does this work for all sports?
Yes. The Performance DNA Blueprint is built on the science of how the nervous system and attention operate under pressure — which is universal across every sport but unique to the individual.  Andrew has worked with athletes across hockey, basketball, soccer, football, baseball, volleyball, tennis and more.

How old does my athlete need to be?
The program works best for athletes aged 12–21 who are competing seriously and eager to find their full potential. The earlier this is trained, the greater the long-term advantage — but athletes at any competitive level benefit.

My athlete already works with a coach. Is this different?
Yes. Most coaching focuses on physical skills and tactics.  Some coaches work on overly general, non-scientific "mindset" or "motivation' hype. The Performance DNA Blueprint trains the internal state that determines whether those skills show up when the pressure is on.  It's tailored to the unique attributes of the individual athlete but also works alongside any existing coaching program.

How quickly do athletes see results?
Many athletes notice a shift within days. Some within weeks. The timeline depends on the athlete's starting point and commitment. This is not a long, slow process but it is a practice.
